THE PROPERTY
Mona Villa is a unique humble bungalow hidden just 20 yards from the west Cumbrian sea shore. It has panoramic sea views towards the Isle of Man and St Bees Head making it perfect for experiencing the seaside in the classic unspoiled way.
Beachcombing, bird watching, hiking, fishing, amazing sunsets and stargazing in the clear night skies are just a few of the magnificent adventures you can experience at Mona Villa. If the weather is begin ‘Cumbrian’
the conservatory is superb for watching the ever changing seascape just a matter of yards away.
At the end of the day let the sound of the sea lull you into a deep and restful sleep, ready for the next day of making memories.
PROPERTY LAYOUT
Step to entrance with handrails. The property is all on the ground floor and is Open planned living space. Mona Villa is suitable for all year round use.

Dining area: With Sea view
Kitchen area: Gas cooker, microwave, Kettle, Toaster & washing machine.
Conservatory: With chair area.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with patio doors leading onto decking area, fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with sliding patio doors, free standing wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Bunkbeds, chest of draws.
Bathroom: Generous sized shower and toilet.
Utility room: Fridge freezer, iron & ironing board, highchair & clothes airier.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, WiFi & Netflix’s are included. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area & garden furniture. Private parking on the drive and to the front of the property on the grassed area. Well behaved pets are welcome (maximum of 2 Dogs please contact us if you wish to bring more)  No smoking.
Please note: We do have neighbors both sides of the property, these are their permanent residents we ask all our guest to be respectful of this.

£110 - £125 per night*
Cleaning Fee £30
Max of 2 Pets per stay £25 (£10 per extra pet)

A £100 cash damage deposit is taken on arrival and will be refunded on departure.
